Regional Project Manager
As Project Superintendent, Doug oversees all solution installations, manages processes and procedures, and ensures that the complex technical designs of GreenGen's projects are executed from design to implementation, while ensuring that cost control and budgets are met.
Doug has 35 years of project management experience and has managed over a $60 million dollars' worth of Energy Savings Projects in industrial, commercial and federal markets. He has expertise in domestic and international ESPC construction projects, incorporating all forms of energy contracting vehicles, including all forms of energy, water, wind, and solar technologies.
Prior to joining GreenGen, Doug was Project Management Officer with Lotus Works completing projects in upstate NY for Global Foundries, Israel for Intel and Brazil for Ceitec. As owner of Technical Facility Services, Inc., Doug completed several ESPC construction projects in the New England area, one of which won the "Best Industrial Energy Saving Project" in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2012.
Doug studied Electrical Engineering from Fresno State in California and received one of the first seven Energy Auditors certificates from the California Energy Commission in 1986.
